Application Accounting for Human Resources and it is Impact on Public Revenues A Field Study on Entities Related to Financial Procedures at the University of Nyala
This study aimed to show the existence of an application for accounting for human resources at University of Nyala and the extent of the impact of this application on public revenues. To achieve this goal, the study tested this main hypothesis, which is the existence of a statistical effect of the application of accounting for human resources on public revenues; the regression analysis has been used in the study to test the hypotheses. The study has come up with several results, including: the existence of a statistical effect to measure and display the value of the human resource on public revenues, the study recommended the followings: The need pay attention to applying the accounting program for human resources at University of Nyala for its benefits on the university's public revenues.
