Dijitalleşme Sürecinde Muhasebe Paket Programlarinin Rolü

Dijitalleşme süreci geliştirilen yeni uygulamalarla bilgiye farklı bir boyut kazandırmaktadır. Bu hızlı teknolojik gelişim ve değişim muhasebe uygulamalarına da yenilikler getirmiştir. Rutin muhasebe işlemlerinin e-fatura, e-kayıt, e-defter, e-arşiv gibi dijital uygulamalara dönüşmesi, iş süreçlerinde verimliliğin arttırılması başta olmak üzere; büyük verinin analizi, bulut bilişim, yapay zeka uygulamaları gibi uygulamalarla bilginin işlemleme hızı ve şekli değişime uğramıştır. Muhasebe alanında dijitalleşmenin ilk adımları muhasebe paket programlarının kullanıma sunulmasıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, muhasebe mesleğinde kullanılan paket programların dijitalleşme sürecindeki yeri ve katkısını ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla, Facebook’ta aktif olarak çalışan, muhasebe meslek mensuplarının oluşturduğu en yüksek üye sayısına sahip grupta muhasebe paket programları hakkında yapılan 100 yorum üzerinden bir içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Yorumlarda en çok tavsiye edilen paket programlar ve kullanıcı deneyimlerinden yola çıkılarak, paket programların web siteleri ele alınmış, programların çalışma şekilleri, sundukları dijital çözümler, benzer ve farklı yönleri ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma dijitalleşme noktasında paket programları sundukları dijital çözümler ve kullanıcı yorumları ile değerlendirerek literatüre katkı sağlamaktadır.

The digitalization process adds a different dimension to information with new applications developed. This rapid technological development and change has also brought innovations to accounting practices. Transforming routine accounting transactions into digital applications such as e-invoice, e-record, e-ledger, e-archive and increasing efficiency in business processes; The speed and way of processing information has changed with applications such as big data analysis, cloud computing and artificial intelligence applications. The first steps of digitalization in the field of accounting are the introduction of accounting package programs. The aim of this study is to reveal the place and contribution of package programs used in the accounting profession in the digitalization process. For this purpose, a content analysis was conducted on 100 comments about accounting package programs in the group with the highest number of members, consisting of professional accountants who are active on Facebook. Based on the most recommended package programs and user experiences in the comments, the websites of the package programs were discussed and the way the programs worked, the digital solutions they offered, and their similar and different aspects were tried to be revealed. The study contributes to the literature by evaluating package programs at the point of digitalization with the digital solutions they offer and user comments.
