Factors affecting organizational envy, an exploratory study at the University of Mosul

The study sought to highlight the most important factors affecting organizational envy in some colleges of the University of Mosul. The current study at the theoretical and field levels; As its value and originality emerged, an attempt to find out the most important factors that would generate organizational envy. As for the field level, it represents the first study, according to the researcher's knowledge, that examined these variables to the higher education sector in Nineveh Governorate, as well as an attempt to address a real problem represented by the spread of negative work behaviors resulting from the emergence of organizational envy. The study at the University of Mosul, represented by some of its affiliated colleges, and to apply the analytical aspect of the study, a random sample was chosen to suit the study, which numbered (300) members of the teaching staff working in the colleges of the University of Mosul. Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, response ratio, correlation coefficient, and analysis of correlation and effect) and this was done using SPSS V26 software to reach the numerical results expected from the study.
