The quality of products is one of the most important basic requirements that companies seek to achieve to ensure customer satisfaction, because satisfying the customer would bring the company an increase in its returns. Increasing customer requirements, especially with the emergence of many alternative opportunities in front of him. All these variables prompted companies to apply modern administrative methods to ensure through them the achievement of products and services that satisfy and meet the needs and satisfaction of the customer.
