Task management values and their role in reducing organizational sarcasm: An analytical study in the Directorate of Civil Status, Passports and Residence in Nineveh Governorate

The study aimed to measure the correlation and influence between the values of mission management as an independent variable and organizational cynicism as the variable adopted in the Directorate of Civil Status, Passports and Residence in Nineveh Governorate. The problem of the study centered on raising many questions, including what is the level of organizational cynicism in the field studied? Do mission management values reduce organizational sarcasm? The current study relied on the questionnaire as a method for data collection. The questionnaire covered (213) individuals randomly, and the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, and in light of this the study reached several results, including: The task management is very important in the field investigated, because of its repercussions that contribute effectively The decisions taken by the senior management to achieve success in work clearly, as well as the management of the organization in question is interested in completing the work accurately, and the organization in question provides distinguished services to members of the community, and at the same time preserves its material property to sustain its use for the longest possible period.
