The role of accounting disclosure about human resources in supporting administrative empowerment (A field study on a sample of Sudanese business establishments)

The problem of the study is that most Sudanese business establishments are facing the necessity of change resulting from the rapid developments in technology and knowledge and how to manage it to human resources in order to gain the loyalty and belonging of individuals. Therefore, the study seeks to know the role of accounting disclosure for human resources in supporting administrative empowerment through (training, Motivation, effective communication), the study aimed to shed light on the relationship between accounting disclosure about human resources and training, and knowing the relationship between accounting disclosure about human resources and motivation. Workers in Sudanese business establishments, the study made several recommendations, including supporting the efforts of Sudanese business establishments to improve the accounting disclosure of human resources.
