Characteristics of organizational culture and organizational conflict management

The theoretical side of the research was accomplished, which consisted of two chapters, and in the second chapter, the approach took place to its organizational culture, which is one of the most important factors that must be present in administrative organizations, where we gave you a detailed definition of it, then we talked about the reasons for caring about it and mentioned its importance, and in the end we shared Its subject and its relationship with systems for its accounting information, and its positive impact in helping the human element, organization and continuity, facilitating, clarifying and arranging priorities, as well as directing attention to distinguished performance and contributing to the clarity of the vision of the organization.
