The Importance of Technology Policies on the Attainment of Technological Innovative Behavior of Firms
In the study, it’s aimed to examine the effects of science and technology policies on the attainment of innovative behavior of countries and firms and to examine the effects of these effects on national and global indices for Turkey. The performances of selected countries in their leagues are presented on ArCo Technology Index, Global Innovation Index and Technology Achievement Index, which show technological talent levels in the world,. It has been concluded that although Turkey has developed between countries selected from its own league, its technology policies are inadequate in its performance in subindexes.

Firmaların Teknolojik Yenilik Davranışı Ediniminde Teknoloji Politikalarının Önemi
Çalışmada, bilim ve teknoloji politikalarının ülkelerin ve firmaların yenilikçi davranış edinimindeki etkilerini incelemek ve bu etkilerin ulusal ve küresel endekslere yansımalarını, Türkiye özelinde incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Dünya’da teknolojik yetenek düzeylerini gösteren ArCo Teknoloji Endeksi, Küresel Yenilik Endeksi ve Teknoloji Başarı Endeksinde kendi liglerinde seçilmiş ülkelerin performansları ortaya konmuştur. Türkiye’nin kendi liginden seçilmiş ülkeler arasında gelişme göstermesine rağmen alt endekslerdeki performansında teknoloji politikalarının yetersiz olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
